Important MOJE Information and Rules:
- Age Requirement: 11 years and older.
- Each runner must sign a runner waiver at time of packet pick-up. Click here for a printable Runner Waiver.
- Porta-johns/restrooms will be available at the start/finish area and at the Ranger’s Station at the Park entrance (1.0 mile and 6.2 mile markers).
- Runners must run on the LEFT side of the road (facing traffic).
- All roads, including the state park road, are open to normal traffic.
- Runners must comply with all NC State Park Rules. For complete listing refer to: www.ncparks.gov/Visit/parks/moje/rules
- The Ashe County Civic Center will not be open for runner use.
- Walkers are welcome.
- Start Time: 9:00am.
- Packet Pick-up: 7:45am – 8:45am.
- Parking: Ashe County Civic Center and Lowes Grocery Store (located across from the Civic Center).
- All finishers will receive a MOJE t-shirt.
- Runners at the summit will have their bib # recorded and will be given a mid-point split time.
